Palmares films in progress 37 Toulouse
In the healthcare and confinement emergency that we all share, CC had to adapt and has been going online in order to support the 6 films in progress, currently looking for additional funding and partners that could help them circulate and reach their audience.
After watching the 6 selected films, the juries of the different awards got together on Thursday the 2nd and Friday the 3rd of April in order to deliberate. They acknowledged the quality of this new selection and had long discussions about each film. Considering the opinions provided by each member and because two of the films particularly drew their attention, regarding their artistic qualities, the originality of their topics and the way they are handled ; and taking into account their respective needs, the Film in Progress jury and the European Distributors and Exhibitors jury have decided to give, this year, two Film in Progress Toulouse Awards each. For its part, Cine+ awarded his prize.
