The FILMS IN PROGRESS TOULOUSE AWARD consists of post-production services to be provided in France by prestigious partner organisations.
- ACTIVITÉS SOCIALES DE L’ÉNERGIE offers the winner a five weeks residence at the CCAS centre in Marinca, Porticcio, Corscéga, Corsica.for him/her to complete the post-production or the promotion of the film in France.
- EAUX VIVES PRODUCTIONS will coordinate the post-production of the winning film with the partner companies of the Prize, which includes four weeks of post-production monitoring for an equivalent amount of €8,600.
- FRENCH KISS STUDIO commit to offering the equivalent of €3,500 in services as part of image post-production expenses executed with FRENCH KISS STUDIO (editing - calibrage - laboratory). This provision is to be used for image post-production on the 2022-2023 studio rates, excluding technicians' wages.
- The mixing auditorium is offered by STUDIO A FABRICA up to a value of €15,000 (excluding re-recording mixer).
- TITRAFILM gives to the winning film’s French distributor or sales company a budget worth €3,000 (DCP creation and/or duplication, creation of Netflix/iTunes/ Google Play package, etc.), in exchange for TITRAFILM handling the storage of the master DCP and master files.

- CINÉ + network guarantees to the film that will receive the Special CINÉ+ In Progress Award its purchase for the amount of €15,000 and to broadcast it on its network. This amount will be given to the distributor on condition that the film is subject to commercial exploitation in French cinemas within the first two years following the Films in Progress screening.

It will systematically inform its 2,100 cinema members to raise awareness and encourage the diffusion of the film, by allowing them to watch it on its Cinando video library.

- La RÉGION OCCITANIE supports Films in Progress and Films in Development and contribute to the presence of film directors and producers as well as professionals of the sector taking part in the coproduction and post-production funding programs.

- LE BRLAB invites the winning project to the next edition of BrLab Features organized in São Paulo in November, 2023.
The BrLab is an annual event initiated in 2011 in Brazil and thought for movies in development and in financing stage. Currently, it is the only meeting event in Brazil which receives projects from all over Latin America and Iberian Peninsula while gathering various workshops, seminaries and international meetings in its program. It has become a space where professionals meet to create connections around new projects and creations’ ideas.
The main workshop, called BrLab Features, counts a large number of successful movies internationally released.

The new APIFA-Le LoKal Award will reward one of the selected projects presented by a female director or producer at the 18th edition of Films in Development. The idea is to shine a light on a project carried by a woman, director or producer, in order to draw the attention of the professionals to help the project to become a movie. In the context of Films in Development, the APIFA and Le-LoKal will give a price of 500 euros. Born in 2016, the APIFA gathers around fifty production companies and technic industries to this day which work on documentaries, animated movies, fictions and even digital experiments. Le-LoKal, member of the APIFA Occitanie, is a production company well known for its valuation in post-production.

Founded in 1999, the Association of the Cinema Directors PCI gathers directors of Argentinian cinema around actions designed to promote and to release auteur cinema and “small budgets” movies. In twenty years, the association has grown and supported a great number of projects with very different styles and ways of making films. The PCI helps those projects to exist thanks to its management of big and medium budget movies that were very successful in Argentina and that were awarded in international film festivals such as Berlin, San-Sebastian, Toronto, Venice and Cannes.
The PCI price, of a value of up to 1500 euros, consists of a personalized accompanying of the winning director by one of the PCI’s director members.
